To keep up to date with any closures at The Flower Cottage, please regularly check our Google Calendar. This calendar is used to share all planned closures, including holidays, training days, and any unexpected changes or temporary closures.

Simply open the calendar using the link provided to view all upcoming dates at a glance. We recommend checking it regularly to ensure you stay fully informed throughout the year.

Any closures will always be added to the calendar at the earliest convenience and shared with parents and carers as soon as possible, allowing families plenty of time to make any necessary childcare arrangements.

Previously, The Flower Cottage operated planned closures almost a year in advance. However, due to many holiday providers and booking organisations not releasing their availability this far in advance, alongside needing to consider wider family plans and suitable supervision arrangements for our two dogs, we have had to adapt the way closures are organised. While this approach has changed slightly, we remain committed to providing families with as much notice as possible and ensuring communication remains clear, organised, and timely.

In addition to the Google Calendar, reminders and updates regarding closures will also be shared through our social media pages and WhatsApp communications to help keep everyone updated.

Please also remember to refer to our Terms and Conditions in our 'Welcome Booklet' regarding setting closures, including information relating to paid sessions, fees, and funded hours.
